We will prepare your documents for service via Certified Mail. Service by mail is a alternative form of service after many attempts for service have been unsuccessful (usually court approved). Service via Certified Mail isn’t guaranteed because the receiver may refuse  to sign, or the wrong person signs to receive the documents. It is also not a primary choice of service for the courts but they will agree to accept if it’s completed correctly.
