Corporate service of summons can be served in a different way than a standard serve. The agent for service (Admin or Secratery) is usually able to accept service on behalf of a Corporation or Executive Senior staff member such as a Corporate President or Senior staff member, in addition can be served on the first attempt. All other service procedures follow standard process of service, unless specifically named and requested for personal service an individual will be served as with all service of process for personal or substitute service.
